Imaging Traits

Brain MRI

301 Brain MRI traits contains 3 modalities : network level functional MRI, DTI parameters and region brain volume (T1).

Heart CMR

82 Heart CMR traits contains imaging data from 6 sectors, namely AAo, DAo, LV, RV, LA and LA.

Abdominal MRI

11 Abdominal MRI traits cover different organs or tissues, such as lung, liver, pancreas, spleen and adipose.

Skeleton DXA

8 Skeleton DXA traits measure length or width of several skeletons, such as shoulder, tibia, torso, hip and forearm.

Finngen Clinical Endpoints

88 FinnGen traits were selected from FinnGen database, including 11 categories, such as cardiometabolic endpoints, diseases of circulatory system and mental and behavioural disorders.
